Yes. Widths, thicknesses, core sizes and roll lengths are produced based on customer requirement. Where our catalogue lists a nominal range — for example 10–23 µm film or 25–100 µm bags — we tune within it to your drawing.
Yes. We offer products with recycled materials using re-pelletized resin graded Class A through Class D from our own approved recycling facility. We will tell you which class suits your application and what to expect in appearance and performance.
Yes. Scrap pick-up is part of our circular-economy service. We collect plastic waste from customer plants on a scheduled basis, transport it to our DENR-approved facility, and process it into re-pelletized resin or recycled bags.
We support large enterprises covered by Extended Producer Responsibility. Because we are a PEZA- and DENR-approved recycling facility, we can document recovered post-industrial flexible plastic for your DENR-EMB registration and reporting requirements.
MOQs depend on the product family, material and whether the run is printed. Send us the specification and anticipated monthly volume and we will confirm the minimum and the price break for your volume.
We welcome supplier audits and customer plant visits. Contact the Business Development Team to schedule a time at our Cavite Economic Zone or Lima Technology Center facility.
