Being an export-oriented supplier inside a PEZA zone changes the operating rhythm. Our customers’ production lines do not pause for a late delivery, and their finished goods leave the country on a fixed schedule. We plan capacity around that. Buffered stock of fast-moving gauges, short runs for new product introductions, and a documented recovery stream for the waste our packaging generates on their floor. The result is a supplier relationship that covers three needs at once: packaging supply, material recovery, and EPR documentation.
